- Deposits:
One night's full accommodation or 50% of total stay for 2 nights or
more. Payment of deposit signifies acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- Cancellation:
If cancellation in writing is received more than 15 days prior to arrival
no cancellation fees will be levied. If cancellation is received 15
days or less prior to arrival cancellation fees will be levied. No cancellation
fees will be levied for rooms that are re-let.
- Children:
Children are welcome subject to prior arrangement with the manager.

- Check In / Check Out time:
Check In time is from 14:00 and Check Out time is before 11:00. These
times can be extended by arrangement only.
- Transport:
Transfers to and from airport or Cape Town can be arranged on request.
Hired cars can be delivered to Roggeland.
- Validity of Reservation:
All reservations and amendments must be confirmed to the hotel in writing
and be valid.
Management reserves the right to alter rates and conditions.
